Repair & Replacement Policy
All ARC HUB products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
1) How to Raise a Request
- Log in to your ARC HUB account.
- Go to My Orders and select the product with the issue.
- Click “Request Repair/Replacement”, choose the reason, and upload clear photos/videos showing the defect.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a Request ID and regular updates in your account dashboard and email.
2) What Happens Next…
- Our team will schedule a pickup of the defective item.
- After inspection in coordination with the manufacturer:
- If the issue is repairable → it will be serviced at the authorized service center (e.g., Mitsubishi, Autonics, etc.).
- If the issue is irreparable and confirmed as a manufacturing defect → a replacement will be provided directly from the manufacturer.
Key Guidelines
- Warranty Coverage – 1 year against manufacturing defects.
- Request Timeline – Please raise a request within 3 days of delivery if you notice a defect.
- Non-Eligible Items – Customized products, clearance items, and items not covered under manufacturer warranty.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return of products for reasons other than warranty is not applicable.
